Album four!
A release heavily inspired by fantasy and scifi concepts such as the work of Imperial Boy (Teikoku Syounen), Adam Adamowicz and Matt Rhodes.
I wanted to make this album something of a journey. I see it more of a soundtrack to a film that doesn’t exist, if that makes any sense. I really hope you guys enjoy this. Massive thank you to anyone who listens.
This album was written as a whole piece and therefore is best heard that way. Unfortunately, Bandcamp’s streaming feature adds a second of silence in between each shift into the next track, so that’s a perfect excuse to download it.

Exciting times! Let them commence!

So yeah, I took about three months or so off from writing, but in some mad subconscious yearning, I experienced a plethora of inspiration and creativity, and as such I am continuing on with the writing of my album! I had hinted towards it on my Facebook page a few weeks ago but I am just confirming now that my new album is now fully underway. I am hoping to release it during late Summer or early Autumn. Please follow my Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date; also to see me post all manner of crap as usual.

So yeah. WOO!

Also, I’m considering starting to use this blog to post more about game audio and music. Let me know what you think if you get the chance.

This is a little update regarding my sounds and whatnot. For quite some time now I have been attempting to write my new album, but so far I have been relatively unsuccessful in finding a sound that I enjoy and wish to stick to, so because of that you will not be seeing any new music uploaded anywhere for quite some time. I really need to step back and evaluate everything that I have done so far and everything that I seek to do in order to make this album something special.

It’s not all bad, though. Because of this temporary (and I mean temporary) step back, I will have the chance to work on some other non-musical projects that I have been wanting to do for a very long time. For quite a while now I have been, on and off, writing a novel. Only now do I feel ready to take it on fully. With luck I will now be able to dedicate more time and effort towards this project and something will come into fruition.

I might possibly also be doing some other music projects with people in the future, as opposed to solo work- projects less electronic-driven and more stripped down. More developments will probably crop up in the future regarding this, but nothing is set in stone as of yet.

Thanks a lot for reading. Just wanted to let you guys know what the haps was (that’s right, I just used the term ‘haps’). I’m not disappearing, PegasiaMusic will be extremely active in the new year and I will no doubt blog about bits and bobs on here as I often do on occasion.

1) I have several collaboration projects lined up, the most prominent being an acoustic/orchestral/8bit project that I am working on with Japan-based electropunker Vlantis. Expect some sounds in the near-ish future…

2) PegasiaMusic is being very productive as of late. We have been mastering and releasing all manner of fantastic music, which I highly recommend to any music lover!

3) I am writing a series of short stories currently set in a fictional world of my own pretentious design. More updates to follow the closer the time these are ready!

4) Yes, yes, yes. I am working on a new album, but don’t tell anyone. Nobody’s supposed to know. Wink.

All of the upcoming things I’ve announced are going to be a very slow process, so don’t expect anything to surface just yet, but I felt like letting you guys know now anyway.

She is currently working on a new album called ‘The Seed’, but she needs your help to finish it! She is running a project on Sponsume which consists of you guys pledging a certain amount of money (no matter how big or small) towards the album. The set goal is £5000 and so far she has reached £3818. The deadline is in 15 days and unfortunately if the goal isn’t reached within that time, the project won’t go ahead as planned and the pledging would have been for very little. Also, you don’t pay anything unless the goal is reached before the deadline elapses.

My good friend, Wet-Glass bandmate and PegasiaMusic colleague Rob Gilbank and just released his new EP – the final in a series of three similar-themed EPs known as Little Coloured Lights.

I have been eagerly looking forward to this release for some time now. It is an excellent listen to chill down with and be taken into another world. For fans of downtempo and ambient, this is an excellent EP, so do be sure to check it out.
